FC 27 Gameplay Guide: AI Auto Play, Sliders, and Tactics

The gameplay group covers on-pitch control and attribute adjustments on the FC 27 Cheats menu. This guide explains each named option and shows how to tune them one step at a time.

Each setting changes a different part of the match experience, so understanding them makes the setup easier to control.

These are the main controls in the gameplay group:

• AI Auto Play: automated on-pitch control when the toggle is on.
• Player Sliders: adjust your squad attributes through in-menu sliders.
• Opponent Sliders: adjust opponent-side values through a dedicated group.
• 5-Star Skill Moves and 5-Star Weak Foot: enable five-star ratings where listed.
• Stamina Control: manage stamina drain or recovery through gameplay options.
• Custom Tactics: apply or edit custom tactics from the menu.

AI Auto Play and sliders work as separate controls. AI Auto Play handles automated actions, and sliders adjust attribute values.

A common starting point is sliders only, with AI Auto Play off. Add AI Auto Play only after you understand how the sliders behave in your mode.

These two slider groups are independent:

• Player Sliders: your squad-side attribute adjustments.
• Opponent Sliders: opponent-side value adjustments.

Changing one group does not automatically change the other. Test player sliders first, then add opponent sliders if you need them.

Additional gameplay toggles cover specific on-pitch behavior:

• 5-Star Skill Moves: enable five-star skill move access where listed.
• 5-Star Weak Foot: enable five-star weak foot rating where listed.

Start with moderate values and change one option at a time. Changing several values at once makes it hard to see what each one does.

• Begin with player sliders before opponent sliders.
• Leave AI Auto Play off until sliders behave as expected.
• Add stamina control or custom tactics only when you need them.
• Keep Ultimate Team toggles off during your first gameplay test.

Most problems come from the same few habits:

• Enabling AI Auto Play and every slider at once.
• Expecting gameplay sliders to change FUT record handling.
• Mixing Pro Clubs editor toggles into a gameplay test.

Fixing one of these at a time is usually enough to get a steady setup.

The gameplay group is easiest to manage when you tune AI Auto Play, sliders, and tactics step by step. A simple, tested configuration is also easier to review after an update.
